Materials charges

Approval of a quotation that includes a materials provision assumes agreeing to the materials charges.

In these instances, PBS Handyman has factored the materials acquisition time and material costs into the quotation and will in most instances pre-purchase the correct required materials prior to the commencement of works for your project. Should you purchase your own materials to be used as part of a PBS Handyman quotation after you approve the quotation without notifying PBS Handyman prior to commencement of works, our quoted price including the materials charges will be payable.

Last minute cancellations

A cancellation fee of $95 may apply if 48 hours notice is not given in writing via email to: info@pbshandyman.com.au. Notice is required if you are not able to be present (or have a suitable contact person present or access available) for the mutually agreed and pre-set scheduled time for PBS Handyman to commence works.

Parking

PBS Handyman will always seek to park for free however if we need to pay to park a PBS Handyman vehicle to do a job, these parking costs will be directly passed on to the client and will form part of the invoice for the works, listed as a separate item. Parking charges only include meter or street machine parking or parking houses such as Wilson Parking, Secure Parking etc.

Payment Terms

PBS Handyman services a broad scope of real estate, residential, and commercial cliental therefore payment terms vary. Minimum terms are 2 Days from Invoice Due Date.

PBS Handyman will send payment reminders accordingly to clients in the lead up to the due date. Failure to pay by the due date may attract a $95 overdue fee, which will be added onto the invoice total.

We welcome credit card payments and accept EFT transfers.

Additional or extra works completed outside the quoted items will be charged out at standard rates below:

$20 per every 15 minutes plus a call out fee of $75
This rate is for one handyman only and excludes material, tip fees and parking charges.
